Nutrition coaching
1:1 nutrition coaching with a bachelor qualified Nutritionist. These sessions are built around you. This is for you if you’re ready to take your health to the next level with individualised health education and nutrition guidance all based on your needs and your body. No cookie cutter meal plans here folks.
Initial consultation is 1.5 hours for $140, following sessions will be 45 minutes $100.
Full Healing Package
A unique blend of skills combining both energy healing/hypnosis and nutrition/health coaching to help you find balance, purpose and maintain your physical and emotional health goals.
These sessions are more in depth and require a commitment of 4-6.
Each session runs for 1-1.5 hours.
Initial session $140
6 session package (not including initial) $750 only $130 per session!
